COSTA RICAN PANCAKES

 

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 cups flour
• 1 cup milk
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 egg
• Sugar to taste

 

Preparation:

Mix all the ingredients well (by hand)
Grease pan and in low heat begin making your Costa Rican pancakes

 

SPANISH/ESPAÑOL

Ingredientes

• 1 1/2 Taza de harina.
• 1 Taza de leche.
• 1 Cucharadita de vainilla.
• 1 Huevo.
• Azúcar al gusto.

 

Preparación

Batir todo hasta que se forme una mezcla sin grumos , ni muy líquida ni muy
espesa.
Colocar un sarten caliente con un poquito de mantequilla o aceite y luego usted
vierte la cantidad que desee según su gusto.
