Ingredients
- 1 cup yellow corn
- 4 whole cloves
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- Sugar to taste
Preparation:
Toast the corn, grind and filter it using a fine strainer
Add the whole cloves and cinnamon
Melt the sugar and add to the mix
Chilled before serving
SPANISH/ESPAÑOL
Ingredientes
- 1 taza de maíz seco.
- 4 clavos de olor.
- ¼ cucharadita de canela molida.
- dulce al gusto.
Preparación
Tueste el maíz, muélalo y páselo por un colador fino.
Añada los clavos molidos y la canela.
Derrita el dulce y mézclelo todo.
Sírvala bien fría.
