- 1 yucca flower
- 2 eggs
- 1 spoon vegetable oil

Preparation:
Take the white flower off the branch
Take the green center out

Se le quita el centro verde.
Se ponen a cocinar en agua hirviendo con sal.
Luego, se escurren y se echan en una sartén con el aceite.
Se le agregan los huevos batidos con sal.
Se revuelve bien con las flores hasta que el huevo esté bien cocinado.
